"I have forwarded documents through Fedex on 24-12-2012 to my cousin in Saudi Arabia but he has still not received them. This is really bad and shows what a bad local management can do to an international brand. Such irresponsible behaviour hurts the confidence of your customers. I have forwarded documents for a Dead Body of my brother who expired on 18-12-2012. Muhammad Zubair Khan, my cousin in Saudi Arabia is still awaiting the same. We are spending 500 Riyals daily from 24-12-2012 till now and just waiting for the documents. On booking FedEx took Rs. 6,000 from us and assured us that the documents will reach the destination within 2 days but now over 15 days have passed and there is no sign of the documents. This is really really bad."

"Dear Sajida, just for your information, FedEx is not conducting visa services in Pakistan. This service is being handled by Gerry's International which is licensee of FedEx. "This company's visa drop box service is pathetic. Staff has no sense of professionalism and responsibility. Just because of its staffs' laziness and non-serious attitude I lost Rs. 70,000/-. This is the second time I suffered due to FedEx."
